Senior Project Manager £120,000 + Package £15m Cut and Carve Refurbishment Guildford We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a £15 million cut and carve refurbishment project in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Senior Project Manager with a strong background in major refurbishment and complex commercial construction projects to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a significant project from pre-construction through to completion. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and internal project team, providing strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
