The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee engineering and maintenance operations at a prestigious, high-profile sporting venue in Twickenham. This is an excellent opportunity for an established engineering professional to take responsibility for a multi-disciplinary engineering team, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient operation of all building services across a complex, high-footfall environment. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, alongside proven experience managing engineering teams across multiple building services disciplines. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and maintenance professionals. Oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and lifecycle works. Ensure full statutory compliance across all building services and engineering operations. Provide technical leadership across HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, ventilation, BMS, electrical systems and associated plant. Manage maintenance schedules, engineering resources, contractor performance and service delivery standards. Oversee Safe Systems of Work, Permit to Work procedures and health and safety compliance. Conduct technical audits, risk assessments and investigations into equipment failures. Maintain accurate asset registers, compliance records and maintenance reporting through CAFM systems.
