The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities and maximising sales through cross-selling and upselling. The role will also involve working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service, strengthen client relationships and support long-term business growth.

Internal Account Manager Job Details;

• Identify and execute business development strategies to help create new business opportunities
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular business reviews and performance check ins
• Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Support internal and external account managers with quotations, proposals and sales/ marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with production & finance to resolve issues
• Manage onboarding, service delivery and escalations
• Maintain accurate crm records
• Track KPIs such as tonnage, ancillary sales and complain resolution
• Conduct market and product analysis to support sales strategy

Internal Account Manager Person Specification;

• Experience in Sales or Account Management is essential
