You''ll join an established HR team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. We''re looking for someone who is confident in their HR administration experience, can quickly pick up processes and systems, and is comfortable managing a varied workload with minimal supervision. Location: Lichfield Salary: £32,000-£35,000 12 month FTC - Hybrid working - 3 days office 2 days home Key Responsibilities - Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, offer letters, employee changes and leaver documentation. - Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements. - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit documentation. - Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee information and processing changes. - Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolments and amendments. - Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures. - Provide administrative support with employee relations matters, including disciplinaries and grievances. - Produce HR reports covering headcount, absence and ..... full job details .....
