Director of FPandAWest Midlands (3 days per week) B2B SaaS / Private Equity Backed SF Partners is exclusively supporting a high-growth, private equity-backed B2B SaaS business with the appointment of a Director of FPandA.This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious technology business at an exciting stage of its growth journey, working directly with the senior leadership team and investors to help shape its future. Reporting directly to a senior member of the executive team, the successful individual will take ownership of the FPandA function, inheriting an established team and playing a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, financial insight and strategic decision-making. The role will require three days per week on-site, alongside regular interaction with the private equity investor, including weekly conversations around financial performance, key metrics and strategic priorities. We are looking for somebody who is exceptionally analytical, commercially astute and comfortable operating at both a strategic and detailed level. You will need the confidence and gravitas to challenge senior stakeholders, alongside the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful commercial conversations.
