It''s a technically interesting scheme involving significant structural alterations, cut and carve works and a complete high-end internal fit-out. You''ll be the main person on site, responsible for keeping everything moving in the right direction. From managing subcontractors and procurement through to checking drawings, coordinating deliveries and keeping the programme on track, you''ll have real ownership of the project.
