Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for your next challenge with a growing, award-winning multinational business?

We are seeking a hands-on, driven Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and operational teams from our Kilmarnock site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful international organisation recognised for excellence across its industry.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take ownership of warehouse operations, stock management, goods-in processes, transport coordination and team performance, ensuring exceptional service levels and operational efficiency.

• Leading day-to-day warehouse and operational activities.
• Driving performance across stock control, picking, goods-in and logistics.
• Building strong relationships with internal departments and key external partners.
• Developing, motivating and coaching high-performing teams.
• Ensuring operational KPIs, service standards and Health & Safety requirements are consistently achieved.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong people management and team development skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.

• Salary up to -48,000.
• Annual salary reviews.
