The role will also entail providing accounting advice to the group, including managing technical accounting such as developments to IFRS, as well as documenting changes. A large part of the role will focus on transformation around reporting, standards and procedures. You will be experienced working with an audit committee.What you''ll need to succeed You will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA or equivalent qualification and a number of years'' experience working for a large, complex multinational organisation. You will be a confident leader and be passionate about developing staff as well as improving internal processes and systems.
