Overview

We are currently supporting a leading global fund in their search for a Real Estate Finance specialist. Our client is among the world’s largest and most successful investors in real estate, with an outstanding track record and a highly respected platform.In this role, you will have a broad remit, covering all aspects of investment and fund valuations, analytics, and investor reporting across a portfolio of European Real Estate funds.Responsibilities

Managing the monthly and quarterly NAV process for the funds and producing complex analyticsDelivering high-quality analysis for senior leadership and investorsParticipating in a range of projects and contributing as a key team memberMonitoring portfolio returns, composition, leverage, performance against benchmarks, and other key driversCollaborating with Asset and Portfolio Management teams to prepare financial models and valuation analysesCoordinating with colleagues across European and global teams to ensure accurate and complete reporting to stakeholdersEngaging with portfolio businesses to provide detailed financial insights and support decision-makingSupporting Capital Markets, Acquisitions, and Asset Management teams with portfolio analytics and ad hoc modelling for both existing and new opportunitiesIdentifying and implementing process improvements and supporting the adoption of technology initiativesQualifications

5+ years of work experience, gained in a fund/asset management environment or within a Big 4 (or similar) in an audit capacityExperience in the Real Estate sector or broader asset management is preferredA highly motivated individual with a reputation for excellence, achievement, and a mindset of continuous improvementWillingness to work across multiple functional areas in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical and financial skills, with deep knowledge of finance and accounting, and exceptional Excel and PowerPoint expertiseExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in team environments and build strong internal and external relationshipsSuperior quantitative and qualitative analytical abilityAbility to work independently and manage multiple, competing prioritiesHigh level of integrity and professional conductDegree qualified; CFA, ACA (or similar) an advantageJob details
