Business Development Manager
to lead the development of our activities in the British market.You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building our local presence, and winning high-impact projects across the worlds of culture, real estate, brands and public space.This is a key strategic role — the right candidate will already have a strong real estate
network in the UK , excellent knowledge of the local market, and a genuine interest in architecture and communication.Your key responsibilitiesOpportunity spotting
– Keep an active eye on brand and property news construction sites, (renovations, redevelopments, events, openings, …) to identify prospects.Business development
– Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, property owners, institutions and local authorities to grow a portfolio of high-value projects.Project coordination
– Draft tailored proposals and lead tenders, working closely with our creative and technical teams in Paris.Representation
– Act as an ambassador for ATHEM in the UK: attend industry events, promote our vision and reinforce our positioning.And you – what’s your profile?Experience and educationDegree in, real estate, business or a related fieldSolid experience in business development, public institution, cultural or design sectorsDeep understanding of the UK market and strong professional networkProven track record in prospecting and negotiationExcellent written and spoken communication skillsStrong client focus and relationship-building mindsetFull professional fluency in english and frenchSelf-starter with strong initiative and autonomyAgile, strategic and well-organisedComfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentPassionate about urban space, art and architectureWhy join us?ATHEM combines the spirit of a creative studio with the ambition of a purpose-driven company.Joining us now means being part of a
