Head of Engineering

to lead the development of cutting-edge solutions that are transforming how businesses connect with their customers. This is a unique opportunity to own a key area of the product, make strategic technical decisions, and guide talented engineers in building world-class experiences at scale.

What you’ll be doingYou’ll shape the future of an innovative platform, work with modern cloud architectures and technologies like

Golang, Typescript, and AWS/GCP , and lead teams that thrive on autonomy and ownership, where engineers are trusted to drive product decisions as well as technical ones.

What we’re looking for

8+ years’ engineering experience at Senior+ level

Strong background in

team leadership

(Tech Lead or Engineering Manager)

Hands-on experience with

Golang

and

Typescript

Proven success building and scaling high-performing teams in agile environments

A leadership style that inspires collaboration, innovation, and excellence
