Your Time at Work The Security Control Centre (SCC) Operator is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and management of security systems, incidents, and travel risk activities across multiple sites throughout the UK and Western Europe. The role serves as the first point of contact for security-related incidents and is responsible for maintaining situational awareness, ensuring effective incident escalation, and supporting the safety and security of employees, visitors, and company assets. The SCC Operator will monitor CCTV systems, manage security alarms, conduct system health checks, administer security platforms, maintain the Daily Occurrence Book, and support travel risk management activities through Crisis24 and other operational systems.
