We foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and excellence, grounded in our core values: bold, agile, engaged, impactful, and united.As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team and Enterprise Account Executives to expand our presence in UKandI and Nordics. Your role involves connecting with senior enterprise prospects through various channels, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. You will learn and apply best practices in business development, using methodologies like BANT and MEDDPICC, and utilize advanced sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Salesforce.This position offers ongoing training, a stimulating work environment, and opportunities for career growth within enterprise software sales.Your Responsibilities:Qualify leads and generate sales-ready opportunities through outbound communicationsEffectively communicate Strategy’s value proposition to target personasParticipate in Strategy events and set up meetings at tradeshowsSupport inbound marketing efforts and optimize pipeline generationDrive pipeline and revenue growth aligned with company goalsResearch and enrich prospects using social networks and CRM toolsTrack prospecting activities in SalesforceAchieve and exceed individual targetsShare best practices and learn from colleaguesDevelop knowledge of Strategy’s AI + BI platform and Bitcoin strategy, providing demos and educating prospectsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead qualification and awarenessRequirements:Proven SaaS sales experienceExposure to Data, AI, or BI technologies is a plusExperience with CRM systems like SalesforceStrong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and results-orientedAdaptability in a fast-changing environmentWillingness to learn new industries and toolsDegree or equivalent experienceStrategy is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants regardless of race, gender, or background.
