We are looking for an accomplished and experienced leisure and property coordinator who''s looking to take on a new role being responsible for the day-to-day running of the site. This is a fun and varied role where you will be looking after the day to day of the new modern sports grounds and facilities booking in customers to use facilities ensuring that they are all high and exceptional standard. You will also be providing the line management running and support of the team sorting out rotas being a great example how be for external stakeholders of the business. You will also need to attend weekly and monthly meetings with internal stakeholders of the business. We are looking for someone to take a proactive approach someone who can communicate efficiently and to solve any potential problem when thy arise. You will also be involved with the running of all social media to promote the business in a positive light. This is a fully flexible role, requiring 37 hours per week. Hours can be worked either on weekdays between 5 pm and 10 pm or during the day on weekends. The ideal candidate should have previous health and safety and first aid experience, within a facilities role or similar. Experience within a leadership position would also be beneficial.
