Strategic Partnerships Manager (SaaS)London / Hybrid (2 days per week)£90k – £100k + Bonus + BensThe company is an established and successful Tech business operating in the Commercial Real Estate space, with a global presence.As they continue to develop and scale their global sales operation, they are keen to appoint an experienced Partner / Channel specialist in the position of Strategic Partnerships Manager.As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth through partner relationships, requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of how to effectively manage a partnership program.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and operate a comprehensive Partner Management ProgrammeDefine clear ideal partner profile, create acquisition strategy, prepare commercial documentation and establish incentive mechanismsIdentify, prioritize, and cultivate partnerships with key partners that align with objectives and provide access to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) customersDevelop comprehensive partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand awarenessNegotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and incentives for all parties involvedCollaborate with sales to attract and on-board partners into the program and generate leads as part of ongoing discussionsDevelop and implement channel enablement programs to educate and empower partners to effectively promote and sell the solutionsProvide ongoing support, training, and resources to enable partners to achieve their sales and performance targetsMonitor partner performance and provide regular performance feedback and coaching to drive sales and improvementPlan and execute events that are custom designed for partners to help them showcase the offering.Key Skills and ExperienceProven ability to implement a global partner programme for a B2B SaaS providerKnowledge of channel management best practices, ecosystems, and industry trendsProven ability to influence senior front-end sales to drive local partner relationshipsProven track record of success in developing and managing a partnerships programme, preferably in the SaaS industryStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into partnership strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisationResults-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and ROI from partnership initiativesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needsThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Channel /Partner Manager from the SaaS industry, who is keen to design and develop an effective partner ecosystem from an early stage.Please apply today for immediate consideration.
