They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Norwich area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a housing association contract. The Role: Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s) Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems. Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records Requirements: 2 years experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills. ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1 Full UK Driving Licence No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment) The Package: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Overtime paid at hourly rate Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided. Salary: £41,000 - £43,000 per annum (DOE) Out of Hours call out on rota basis.
