You will lead a team of operational managers, foster a culture of high performance, and develop strategies to enhance service delivery, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a repairs division across London and the South East.Provide leadership to operational managers, field staff, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.Develop strategies to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiencies, and control costs. Oversee the delivery of repairs and maintenance services, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations, quality standards, and timelines.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.Monitor KPIs and ensure the division meets
