This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, helping people and making sure the details are taken care of. You''ll work closely with the advisers and wider team, helping ensure clients receive a smooth, professional service. Full training available for those who need. What will you be doing? Your role will cover a varied mix of administration and client support, including: Responding to client and provider enquiries, keeping people updated and chasing outstanding information. Supporting new business applications, transfers and pension-related paperwork. Preparing documentation and correspondence, ensuring everything is accurate and completed within the right timescales.
