As a result of the need to increase the quality of performance, board and management accounts reporting, they have redefined this new role for a Senior Management Accountant.THE ROLE:Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Senior Management Accountant will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial information across the business and real estate management a/cs for property investment funds/SPVs/REITs/multi entities etc .Key responsibilities include:Leading the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.Producing quarterly management accounts at company and sub-group level.Delivering detailed variance analysis and performance commentary.Preparing cashflow forecasts and financial analysis.Preparing quarterly and annual real estate management a/cs for property investment funds/SPVs/REITs/multi entities etcProducing structured, high-quality financial reports and summaries.Preparing and reviewing property budgets and rental income schedules.Completing balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts.Producing quarterly group reporting packs.Supporting financial statements
