As an Estimator, you will be responsible for delivering a competitive and accurate tendering function for projects up to 10m. What''s in it for you? Prior experience working as an Estimator on Social Housing Contracts or for a New Build Developer. Strong commercial awareness Strong communication skills Experienced in obtaining small and large subcontractor packages Key Responsibilities: Overseeing Traditional and Design and Build tenders Appraising tender documents, preparing sub-contract and material enquiries. Producing detailed and measured bills of quantities. Risk and value management. Preparation of budgets, estimates and cost plans.
