Due to sustained growth, they are looking to add Mechanical Estimators to their pre-construction team. For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to step into an Estimating Manager position. The Role Prepare mechanical tenders and cost plans on projects typically up to £12.5m (sweet spot £5m-£6m). Work across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, life sciences, leisure, and student accommodation. Liaise with supply chain partners to ensure best value. Provide technical and commercial input during the pre-construction phase. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal project teams. Mentor junior estimators if stepping into a management role. What We''re Looking For Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within building services. Sector experience in education, healthcare, or life sciences preferred. Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding. Abi
