Your new company Hays are working with a leading charity who strive to provide innovative, professional and high quality support services to those individuals with complex needs, dementia, learning disabilities and mental illness.Your new role As a Payroll Officer, you will process internal payroll across three jurisdictions - UK, Isle of Man and ROI.You will calculate wages based on hours work and administer the payments to in excess of 1500 staff. You will be accurate and efficient using payroll software.Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, sickness etc with assistance of an integrated software system.Check hours worked is correctly calculated for employeesUpload payslips and respond to any queries that may ariseProcess taxes and payment of employee benefits Keep track of rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc Prepare reports for Senior Management and Finance dept as neededReceive approval for payment from Senior Management when requiredReview pension uploads and deal with queries as they ariseWhat you''ll need to succeed CIPP Qualified or have at least 3 years payroll experienceGood knowledge of legislation and regulations of the fieldSolid understanding of payroll, HMRC and Auto-enrolmentBe an excellent communicator Understanding of P11d processingBe organised, trustworthy and pay great attention to the means of confidentialityKnowledge of ROI would be a huge advantageWhat you''ll get in return £26,325 - ..... full job details .....
