Temporary Administrative Assistant

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary Admin Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Coordinating and tracking compliance evidence
- Gathering documentation, maintaining accurate records, and providing progress updates across teams.
- Managing internal and external bookings, responding to enquiries, checking availability, and preparing quotations.
- Using booking systems to create and update reservations, working closely with operational teams.
- Supporting with diary management, meetings, documentation, and minute-taking.
- Assisting with general administrative and project tasks to support campus operations.
- Following up on outstanding actions, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining efficient processes for enquiries and bookings.
Temporary Admin Assistant Rewards
- £14.50–£17 per hour, plus holiday pay, paid weekly via PAYE.
- 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times.
- Fully office-based role with no parking available and good transport links for those commuting.

Temporary Admin Assistant Experience Essentials
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous administration experience, ideally in education, accommodation, hospitality, or events.
- Familiarity with booking systems and compliance documentation is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident at managing multiple priorities independently and within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Location
Based in central Oxford, this role is office-based with excellent transport links. Please note there is no parking on-site, so access via public transport or cycling is recommended.
