We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our team based in Sutton. Location: Carshalton Road, Sutton, Greater London, SM1 4LE Contract: 3-month + Hours: 36 hours per week Pay: 16.00 per hour (Umbrella) Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard Carrying out basic caretaking and site duties Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times Reporting repairs, hazards, or issues as required Supporting residents and staff with day-to-day site needs Requirements: Previous caretaking and/or cleaning experience Full UK driving licence (essential) Good understanding of health and safety practices Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Reliable, punctual, and professional approach This is a great opportunity to work with a respected housing provider, offering competitive pay and consistent hours.
