BDS and currently recruiting for a Housing Caretaker to work within Living Services based in Aylesbury The role will be to ensure the smooth running of the development, ensuring grounds and building are maintained to a high standard always. Main duties will include but are not limited too; Health and safety checks Completing minor repairs/ reporting any larger issues Make sure all grounds and common parts are kept clean and tidy Supervising contractors Hours: Monday to Friday,7.30am - 3.30pm Salary: 14.50 per hour This is an ongoing role.
