Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant

The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will be expected to help and assist the team with daily routines including personal care and feeding.

The Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers must have at least 6 months of experience in care and demonstrate compassion.

Responsibilities include helping with daily care activities such as washing, dressing, feeding, making beds, turning bedridden patients, assisting with mobility, and maintaining a tidy environment.

Previous experience and/or qualifications in care are essential. You will work under the supervision of nursing staff and may be involved in training new healthcare assistants as you gain experience.

Additional duties may include escorting patients within hospital departments and using mobility aids.
