Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for our West Bromwich based client who are seeking an Internal Account Manager that has experience of working previously in either the windows or door sectors.Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.Duties and tasks will include:Develop and maintain regular telephone contact with customers regarding orders, deliveries, priorities and service updates.Proactively update customers before they feel the need to contact us.Build strong working relationships with key customer contacts.Ensure customers feel supported, informed and valued throughout their journeyTake ownership of dedicated customer relationships and understand individual customer requirements.Build rapport and trust through regular engagement.Identify customers at risk of dissatisfaction and intervene proactively.Work closely with the Order Processing team to understand order status and progress.Liaise with Production, Transport and other departments to obtain accurate information.Communicate delays, changes or issues promptly and professionally.Personally manage communications when service issues arise.Ensure customers understand the situation; actions being taken and expected resolutions.Candidates welcome to apply for the role must have experience in either the windows or door industry and either customer service or sales experience.Parking is available.Major Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies and as an ..... full job details .....
