You''ll manage claims from initial notification through to settlement, with a particular focus on commercial motor and liability claims. This role would suit a customer-focused claims professional with brokerage experience, strong negotiation skills and the confidence to manage relationships with clients, insurers and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end claims process, from investigation and assessment through to negotiation and settlement. Handle commercial motor and liability claims, ensuring claims are managed efficiently and in line with policy terms. Negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible settlement outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, insurers, loss adjusters and legal representatives. Provide a high standard of customer service, offering support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process. Analyse claims information, identify trends and contribute to improvements in claims management processes. Ensure compliance with relevant insurance regulations, legal requirements and internal procedures.
