This is an excellent opportunity for a caring, patient and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their potential. The successful candidate will work within the classroom, providing small-group support to students including those with SEND who require additional help with their learning. You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure students remain engaged, confident and able to access the curriculum. Staff are encouraged to build positive, consistent relationships with pupils, creating a stable and structured learning environment.
