They are investing significantly in organisational development to ensure leaders, teams, and talent are equipped to thrive in a complex and evolving environment.Description Lead organisation-wide OD initiatives aligned to long-term strategyDesign and deliver leadership development programmes and frameworksEstablish and embed an EDI framework with clear priorities and measuresFurther develop and embed the organisational wellbeing strategyChampion psychologically safe, trauma-informed ways of workingPartner with senior leaders to influence culture, behaviours, and leadershipConduct organisational diagnostics to identify capability and culture gapsSupport talent planning, internal career pathways, and succession planningOversee apprenticeships and core learning and development programmesProfileA successful Organisational Development Manager should have:Proven experience in Organisational Development, LandD, or Talent rolesStrong background designing and implementing OD strategies and programmesExperience influencing and coaching senior leader
