Production Team LeaderLocation: LutonSalary: £43,800 per annumHours: Monday Thursday, 6am 3:45pmWe are recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Luton.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Production Team Leader to take ownership of a production area, drive operational performance and lead a team to achieve key business targets.You will play an important role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency, while developing your team and driving continuous improvement across the production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a production team, taking ownership of day-to-day performance.Ensure production targets are achieved across safety, quality, delivery and productivity.Monitor production schedules, workflow and resource allocation.Maintain high standards of health and safety across the production area.Ensure manufacturing processes are followed in line with approved procedures and work instructions.Monitor quality performance and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, defects and production costs.Lead daily team meetings and communicate production priorities.Coach, develop and motivate team members, managing performance and training requirements.Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation.Promote 5S, good housekeeping and workplace organisation.Work with other ..... full job details .....
