The Ideal CandidateWere looking for the next Head Chef with the following skills and experience:A minimum of two years experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants.Experience in leading and training a team in a premium, ideally French restaurant.Menu autonomy and creativity with owner sign off.Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail.Must have been a Head Chef in fine dining environment for at least two year.Knowledge of menu costing, labour and back of house budgets.A passion for French cuisine and guest satisfaction.Strong communication skills and a polished approach.Can do attitude and a strong leader.Reliable and able to work late evenings and weekends.
