The Role Reporting to the Assistant Director of Responsive Repairs and Capital Investment, you will provide operational leadership across a regional portfolio, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with organisational objectives. You will lead a team of Surveyors while working collaboratively with contractors, residents and senior stakeholders to drive service excellence, value for money and continuous improvement.
