This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality control, quality assurance or quality engineering to play a key role in maintaining product quality, improving manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards.Working closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Stores, Projects and other departments, you will be responsible for investigating quality issues, managing non-conformances and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.The successful candidate will have a proactive, methodical approach to problem-solving, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across a busy manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRaise, manage and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.Investigate product and process non-conformances, working with relevant departments to identify root causes.Monitor corrective and preventative actions, ensuring agreed actions are completed effectively and on time.Manage internal departmental complaints, coordinating investigations and supporting resolution.Carry out internal quality audits against company procedures and quality management requirements.Document audit findings, track ..... full job details .....
