We''re recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance contract across Gloucestershire. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a carpentry or plumbing bias who''s comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day repairs across the housing stock.

The Role

• Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties
• Core trade skills in either carpentry or plumbing, with the flexibility to turn your hand to general multi-trade tasks
• Working to a daily job schedule, managing your own workload efficiently
• 37.5 hours per week, paid

• Proven experience in carpentry or plumbing within a maintenance/repairs environment
• Own van and tools essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary

• 37.5 hours per week, paid
• 45p per mile paid for mileage between sites
• Steady, ongoing work on a social housing contract
• Van and tool allowance considered for the right candidate
