This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi-Trader with strong carpentry skills and proven fire door experience to work across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will undertake a range of property maintenance and fire safety remedial works, with a particular focus on carpentry, fire door installation and repairs, alongside general multi-trade duties. The Role You will be responsible for completing high-quality maintenance, repair and fire safety works, ensuring properties are maintained to a safe and compliant standard. The role will suit an experienced Multi-Trade Operative who is particularly strong in carpentry and joinery and has hands-on experience working with fire doors and associated remedial works. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, adjust and maintain fire doors and associated ironmongery. Carry out a range of carpentry and joinery repairs.
