Key responsibilities Carry out carpentry repairs, including doors, door frames, locks, handles and general woodwork. Complete general property maintenance and minor repairs. Assist with other trades, including basic plumbing, tiling and making good where competent. Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently. Provide professional customer service and keep residents updated. Record completed jobs, materials and timesheets using a smartphone or tablet. Maintain tools, equipment and van stock. Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota as required. Requirements Proven carpentry and property maintenance experience. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent time-served experience. Multi-trade skills are desirable. Full, clean UK driving licence. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to undertake a Basic DBS check.
