The Role As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will deliver a broad range of professional and project-related services, managing commissions from initial feasibility and design through to construction and completion. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied portfolio of building surveying and project management projects. Undertaking building surveys, inspections and defect diagnosis. Preparing specifications, schedules of work, drawings and tender documentation. Coordinating design information with architects, engineers, contractors and other consultants.
