Working across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, the consultancy provides technical advice and professional services to developers, architects, contractors, property owners and private clients. Its integrated approach brings together building surveying, structural engineering and civil engineering expertise to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to take on a varied workload, build strong client relationships and play a key role in the continued development of an expanding building surveying service. The Role You will deliver a broad range of building surveying services, from condition surveys and defect investigations to dilapidations, remedial works specifications and compliance advice.
