An opportunity has arisen for a full time senior payroll assistant to join our team: Client Details We are supporting a long standing accountancy practice based in the Warrington area recruit for their small payroll team. Description You will be responsible for processing payrolls for clients accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner using Superpay. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for your assigned client portfolio, ensuring that client and employee records are maintained accurately. You will ensure all deadlines are met including weekly and monthly payroll processing You will handle queries from clients, HMRC, and internal colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. Processing a small number of CIS returns Processing benefits in kind through payroll software Opportunity to broaden your experience and work within a supportive team Office opening hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm Profile Requirements Previous experience of working in a payroll role in either practice or industry Previous experience of auto-enrolment Excellent attention to detail Friendly and efficient manner when dealing with queries.
