SUMMARY

The Analyst, Operations – Business Applications is an experienced and dynamic team player who will play a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing support of Welltower’s Yardi CRM and RentCafé modules. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work cross-functionally to streamline the sales process and improve operational efficiencies. Develops and leverages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectivesProvides expertise in designing and optimizing resident journeys, ensuring standardizationWork closely with the Yardi Implementation team and third-party data consultants in the execution of the implementation of the CRM and RentCafé modulesWorks closely with AVP, Operations in the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across multiple mediumsContributes to maintaining project plans and timelinesConducts comprehensive training to ensure proficient CRM and RentCafe system useProvides ongoing support addressing issues, and continuously optimizing workflowsCollaborates with internal support teams to resolve challengesImplements quality assurance processesUnderstands and fosters cross-program and cross-functional dependencies to champion execution success and maximize value captureEstablishes best practices and ensures solution delivery adheres to defined standardsManages to business case or approved budget by controlling spend related to one-time and recurring costs while generating value or earnings by driving ROIDevelops regular and thorough status communications for senior leadership and stakeholdersAnticipates and mitigates risks, dependencies, and impediments to facilitate resolutionsOTHER DUTIES

Skills / Specialized Knowledge:Ability to manage portfolios of workSolid understanding of project management and agile practices, with the ability to teach and coach othersKeen ability to engage and work with different teamsStrong interpersonal, conflict management, and communications skillsEffective documentation and reporting skillsExperience:At least 4 years of operations, financial, or technology implementationStrong understanding of customer journey design and best practicesProven experience working on complex CRM implementation projectsPreferred experience with Yardi’s CRM, RentCafé and associated modulesProject Management and Technical Support experienceExperience planning and working on implementations of system changes in a SOX environment is preferredEducation:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferredAgile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification strongly preferredWHAT WE OFFER
