SUMMARY

The Analyst, Operations-Business Applications is an experienced and dynamic team player who will play a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing support of Welltower’s Yardi Electronic Health Records and eMAR modules. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work cross-functionally to streamline processes related to electronic health record management and improve operational efficiencies. The Analyst, Operations-Business Applications (Yardi Electronic Health Records) will be required to work within a high demand, performance driven environment that focuses on implementing scalable solutions that are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.Welltower is growing, fueled by a disciplined approach to capital allocation, a robust data science platform, and strong operating performance. Develops and leverages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectivesProvides expertise in designing and optimizing workflows related to electronic health records (EHR)Works closely with AVP, Operations-Business Applications in the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across multiple mediumsProvides ongoing support addressing issues, and continuously optimizing workflowsCollaborates with internal support teams to resolve challengesConducts routine audits to ensure users are provisioned in alignment with Welltower’s segregation of duties and audit complianceImplements quality assurance processesEstablishes best practices and ensures solution delivery adheres to defined standardsDevelops regular and thorough status communications for senior leadership and stakeholdersAnticipates and mitigates risks, dependencies, and impediments to facilitate resolutionsOTHER DUTIES

Skills / Specialized Knowledge:Ability to manage portfolios of workSolid understanding of project management and agile practices, with the ability to teach and coach othersKeen ability to engage and lead teamsStrong interpersonal, conflict management, and communications skillsEffective documentation and reporting skillsExperience:7+ year experience working with Yardi EHR, eMAR, and associated modules, strongly preferred3+ years’ experience in technical troubleshootingKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with ICD-10 coding terminologyFamiliarity with medical terminologyFamiliarity with clinical workflow processes and EHR best practicesMedical billing experience is helpfulEducation:Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related fieldAgile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification strongly preferredWHAT WE OFFER
