You''ll coordinate teams across Service Delivery, Account Operations, Clinical functions, and Sales to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality project execution. Key Responsibilities:Project DeliveryCreate and manage project plans, timelines, and resources for multi-regional initiatives.Monitor milestones, manage risks, and keep projects on track and within scope.Align operational delivery with broader client and organisational goals.Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as the primary link between internal teams.Run project meetings, updates, and cross-team coordination.Partner with Sales to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.Reporting and InsightsProvide metrics and progress updates to Service Delivery Managers and senior leadership.Support QBR/MBR preparation with project data and insights.Embed lessons learned and best practices across accounts.Process and Continuous ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.Support workflow, documentation, and system enhancements.Promote consistent project delivery standards across teams.Client EngagementSupport client-facing initiatives, especially onboard
