This role is based at a rehabilitation service for women, specialising in personality disorders. As an agency worker, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule while providing vital care and support to individuals in need. Your Role: As a Support Worker, you will: Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Provide emotional support and companionship. Promote independence and enhance quality of life. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Follow care plans and ensure the highest standards of support. What We Are Looking For: Experience in mental health is essential. A caring, empathetic, and patient approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights.
