Commercial Account ManagerLocation: North of NorthamptonshireType: Full-timeSalary: 35,000 - 40,000 + performance bonus About the Role:Morgan McKinley Northern Home Counties is working with a manufacturing business, recruiting for someone who can speak French and English and is excited by both business and products. In this role, you''ll be helping big retail and trade customer, while also finding and buying new products from suppliers around the world.This means some of your time is about talking to customers and making sure they get the right products at the right price. The other part is about sourcing products and working with factories to design, test, and deliver items that meet quality standards. You''ll also get to travel abroad, visiting suppliers and making sure everything runs smoothly. What You''ll Do:Work with French and UK retailers to grow sales and keep them happyBuild proposals and ideas for new products and rangesNegotiate deals, pricing, and promotions so both sides winFind new suppliers across International countriesTravel abroad to meet factories, check production, and manage product qualityWork on new product launches, from the idea stage, to packaging, to final deliveryKeep an eye on what competitors are doing and spot new opportunitiesWork closely with marketing and operations teams to make sure products are delivered on timeWhat We''re Looking For:Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)Experience in account management and/or product sourcing
