Attention all Early Years Educators! Tradewind Recruitment is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Early Years Lecturer to join our team in Hull. This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent, starting ASAP and lasting until at least Christmas 2026, with the possibility of extension in the future. Payment for this position will be between 25 and 35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.We are looking for someone with a level 3 or above teaching qualification (or the willingness to work towards one), industry experience, and experience teaching early years previously. Your official duties are listed below:Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching sessions in Early Years Education and Childcare.Teach learners across relevant Early Years qualifications, Level 2 and Level 3.Develop and deliver lesson plans, schemes of work and teaching materials that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements.Assess learners'' knowledge, understanding and practical skills through assignments, observations and other assessment methods.Provide constructive feedback to support learners'' progress, achievement and development.Monitor learner attendance, punctuality, progress and overall performance.Provide individual support, guidance and mentoring to learners, identifying and addressing additional learning needs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records, assessment documentation and progress reports.Prepare learners for ..... full job details .....
