Overseeing subcontractor procurement, package management and commercial negotiations. Preparing cost forecasts, valuations, variations and financial reports. Monitoring project budgets, managing contractual risks and protecting profit margins. Negotiating and agreeing subcontractor accounts and final accounts. Working closely with project managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors.
