Are you an Operations Manager looking from the Social Housing sector, looking for a long term role where you''ll be trusted to run the operational side of a busy social housing contractor, with training on offer and the opportunity to grow long term.

This is a permanent position with a well-established social housing contractor working on a mix of internal and external works across London, Greater London and Essex, where you''ll be given the tools and trust to work autonomously and make a real impact day to day.

With continued growth, the business works closely with councils and housing associations and has built a strong reputation in the sector. Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Operations Manager to strengthen their delivery team.

In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling and delegating labour across live sites, checking progress, and supporting delivery against programme and client requirements, with a strong focus on local authority work.

This role would suit an Operations Manager from a social housing background looking for a secure position, recognition through performance bonus, and training support as you take ownership of operations across a busy patch.

The Role:

• Oversee the operational side of the business across social housing projects
• Schedule resources and delegate labour across multiple sites
• Monitor site progress and support delivery against programme
• Liaise with local authorities / council stakeholders as required

The Person:

• Operations Manager experience within social housing (not new build)
• Experience dealing with local authorities / councils
• Black CSCS card
