What you ll be doing: Preparing, masking and hanging components Applying powder coatings to a high-quality finish Operating powder coating equipment Loading and unloading curing ovens Checking coating thickness and finished quality Working alongside the production team to meet deadlines What we need from you: Previous powder coating experience is essential A good eye for detail and quality Reliable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment If you know your way around a powder coating booth and take pride in producing a quality finish, we want to hear from you!
