About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to planning and assessment
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (EYFS experience also welcomed)
• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment methods
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to raising standards and promoting pupil wellbeing
